-If a product arrived broken or is different than what you ordered (as indicated on your email receipt), we are truly sorry! Please let us know about the error as soon as possible, and we’ll do everything to make it right—either replacing or correcting your order at no cost to you.

-If you purchased apparel from our store and need to exchange something for a different size, please place another order for the correct size and return your original purchase. Once we receive the return, we will refund you the purchase price of the product, minus the original shipping cost.
